About Us

Alzheimer’s Care Coalition is a nonprofit organization providing support and care for those with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of Dementia. We are family members, caregivers, interested persons, and professionals. The organization is organized for the purpose of providing services, education and support to individuals, families, caregivers and professionals who are impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias in the 8 counties of Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren and White.
